WHAT'S NEW Due to anticipated severe weather, the Federal government in the Washington metropolitan area will be open in the morning operating under an unscheduled leave policy with a planned 4 hour early dismissal on Friday, February 5, 2010. The Office of Commissioned Corps Operations will be open with reduced services in the morning and will be closed in the afternoon. The severe weather may cause power outages and may interrupt access to the USPHS and CCMIS websites.
