Independent Officer Training Course (IOTC)

| If you have successfully completed a BOTC and are trying to register for the IOTC exams please send an e-mail to PHSIOTC@hhs.gov to gain access. Please include the following information in your request:
Name/Rank, Date and location in which you attended BOTC. |

Advisory: You must have completed an entire BOTC and have received a certificate of completion before you are qualified to take the IOTC. The official Basic Officer Training Course was authorized after January 1, 2000. No other orientation or training course qualifies before that date. Anyone who registers and completes the IOTC exams who has not pre-qualified with a complete BOTC attendance will not receive any credit for taking the exams. |
