  • Manages and administers Board processes including:
    • Promotion Boards
    • Assimilation Boards
    • Appointment Boards
    • Commissioned Corps Awards Board
    • Chief Professional Officer Selection Boards
    • Flag Promotion Boards
    • Uniform Board

  • Processes OpDiv approved Honor awards (Commendation Medal, Achievement Medal, Citation, and Unit Commendation), Service awards, and prior Uniformed Service awards

  • Processes all requests for information related to officer files (related to Privacy Act and Freedom of Information)

  • Additional program areas:
    • Commissioned Officers Effectiveness Report (COER)
    • Commissioned Officers Leave Tracking System (COLTS)
    • Electronic and paper Official Personnel Folders (OPF)
    • Defense Enrollment Eligibility Reporting System (DEERS), including processing of ID cards
    • Officer Licenses
    • Promotion Information Reports (PIR)
    • Noncompetitive Promotions
    • Long-Term Training

  • Point of contact for questions on:
    • Uniform
    • Leave
    • Travel
    • Veterans Educational Assistance Program (VEAP)
