The USPHS Commissioned Corps Customer Service Satisfaction Survey ended on Tuesday, April 25, 2006 at 1700 EDT. At closing, 1,934
officers had completed the survey for approximately a 33 percent response rate. All responses will be coded and will remain strictly
confidential. |

Anteon staff will now analyze and then present the survey data in aggregate to the senior leadership of the Corps. The data will
identify the current level of performance and areas for improvement within the Corps’ administrative and management organizations.
Benchmarks will also be developed to measure the future progress in improving customer service for each of the organizations surveyed. |
