2005 COER Rating Period

Reminder: The rating period for the 2005 Annual Commissioned Officers’ Effectiveness Report (COER) has changed. Historically, the rating period cycle has been 1 June to 31 May of the next year. For 2005, the annual rating period will cover 16 months -- 1 June 2004 through 30 September 2005. Thereafter, the annual rating period will be based on a fiscal year cycle – 1 October to 30 September.

It is expected that the 2005 electronic COER will be available to officers on or around 6 September 2005.
