The Hispanic Officers Advisory Committee (HOAC) invites nominations, including self-nominations, to serve a 3-year term on the committee beginning October 2005. |

HOAC is an advisory group with members from the Department’s Operating Divisions, Staff Divisions, and from organizations to which Public Health Service Commissioned Corps officers are assigned.
HOAC provides advice and consultation to the Surgeon General on issues related to professional practice and personnel activities of Hispanic Americans who are commissioned corps officers and civil service employees. |
