Medical Affairs Branch Announces the Arrival of USPHS TRICARE Assistant Service Point of Contact – LCDR Cynthia McArdle

Effective June 2005, I am pleased to announce that nurse officer, LCDR Cynthia McArdle, is the newest member of the Medical Affairs Branch (MAB) team, and is serving as the USPHS TRICARE Assistant Service Point of Contact. She assists our current Service Point of Contact, LCDR Debbie Lake, by serving as a liaison for beneficiaries, TRICARE, and United Concordia. This position enables MAB to better serve our active-duty, retired, and dependent populations, and enhances our ability to provide optimal customer support services.

LCDR McArdle, last assigned to the National Institutes of Health and with prior Army service, is a welcome addition to our team of healthcare and administrative professionals.
