  1. Send an e-mail to CDR Ron West (Ron.West2@IHS.GOV) indicating:
    • That your money has been sent to HJF.
    • The number of coins you want.
    • Your mailing address.
  2. A reply to your e-mail will be sent stating the date the coin was mailed.
  3. When you receive the coin, e-mail CDR West confirming receipt.
