CAPT Terry Harrison

BCOAG Senior Advisor

CAPT Terry Harrison was appointed as the second Senior Advisor for BCOAG in 2022. 

CAPT Harrison is a Safety Regulatory Project Manager at the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Center for Drug Evaluation and Research, Office of Neuroscience. 

CAPT Harrison has served in PHS for 19 years.  He is a pharmacist by training, and a veteran of the U.S. Air Force having served as an enlisted Airman.  He has served in four different operating divisions and one DC agency: Federal Bureau of Prisons, IHS, CDC, FDA, and St. Elizabeth’s Hospital.

CAPT Harrison is passionate about mentoring junior officers and dedicates his time to help build strong leaders for BCOAG and PHS.
