CAPT Anthony Johnson

CAPT Anthony L. Johnson, PhD serves as a Regional Behavioral Health Administrator for the Department of Homeland Security, ICE Health Service Corps. Throughout his 29-year professional and 16-year Commissioned Corps career across 3 agencies and 6 duty stations he has operated in multiple designations within healthcare administration, clinical care, academia, financial and program management, policy and governance, organizational leadership, and staff development.

Additionally, as a multi-dimensional officer he has contributed to leadership and consultative roles within the national Commissioned Officers Association (COA), Health Services Professional Advisory Committee (HSPAC), Commissioned Officer Training Academy (COTA), and presently as Senior Advisor to the HSPAC Policy and Procedures Subcommittee. CAPT Johnson is an unwavering public health servant committed to officer development and advancement to further the PHS mission as a national and global resource.
