CAPT Jennifer Moon

CAPT Moon was commissioned as a Lieutenant at the CMS Headquarters in Baltimore, Maryland in 2005. In November 2018, CAPT Moon was selected to serve as the Deputy Assistant Director (DAD) for Healthcare Compliance at DHS ICE Health Service Corps. During her time in uniform, she has served BCOAG, NPAC, JOAG, the Corps and other PHS organizations in several leadership and supportive roles.

She is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and completed her doctoral degree in nursing practice (DNP) with a concentration on healthcare management and evidence-based practice in 2020.

CAPT Moon is an innovative, visionary leader who has dedicated herself to mentoring junior officers, collaborating with others to meet the mission of the Corps as well as improving efficiencies across her agency.
