LCDR William Chang, MBA, PE

EPAC Executive Secretary & Information Subcommittee Vice Chair

LCDR Chang commissioned in November 2017 after a 15-year career in the medical device industry where he has held roles in R&D, Manufacturing, and Operations engineering. He is currently a Medical Device Specialist at the FDA in the Office of Medical Device and Radiological Health Operations where he performs inspections at medical device facilities.

LCDR Chang’s education include: an MBA in Finance and BS in Biomedical Engineering, both from Rutgers University. He also recently earned a Graduate Certificate in Global Health & Global Health Engagement from the Uniformed University of the Health Sciences. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Maryland and holds two US Patents. LCDR Chang enjoys skiing, barbequing, Disney, and spending time with his wife and three kids.
