CDR Lyle Setwyn, P.E.
EPAC Communications Liaison
CDR Lyle Setwyn graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2003. After a brief two year stint in the Peace Corps as a Mathematics teacher in Burkina Faso, he has found employment working for the Public Health Service’s (PHS) Commissioned Corps and the Indian Health Service (IHS). He has worked in the Commissioned Corps as an engineer in such remote locations as Yuma, AZ; Pago Pago, AS; & Holton, KS as well as a utility consultant/O&M coordinator in both Reno, NV and Oklahoma City, OK. He has his Master’s Degree in Green Technologies with an electrical emphasis from the University of Southern California, is a licensed professional engineer, and a National Environmental Health Association (NEHA) certified Registered Environmental Health Specialist (REHS/RS). CDR Setwyn has served as the EPAC Communication Liaison since 2012.
