The EPAC Mentoring Program is a part of the Career Development Subcommittee. We encourage USPHS engineers to participate in the EPAC Mentoring Program for professional development and career growth. If you are an engineer or architect and would like to be matched with a mentor, or a mentee, please complete the EPAC Mentor/Mentee Pairing Questionnaire. Upon receipt of completed questionnaires, the EPAC Matching Lead will email you contact information for your mentor/mentee with a copy of the Mentor/Mentee Agreement to be filled out and emailed back to EPAC.firstname.lastname@example.org within three months of the match.
For additional assistance, please email EPAC Mentoring at EPAC.email@example.com.
USPHS EPAC Individual Action Plan / Individual Development Plan (IAP/IDP)
The EPAC Mentoring Subcommittee encourages USPHS engineers to fill out an IAP/IDP when you meet with your mentor, and update it at least annually. If you email your IAP/IDP to EPAC.firstname.lastname@example.org before November 1st of each year, the EPAC Career Development Subcommittee will email you a certificate of completion.
