The USPHS Commissioned Corps Communications Toolkit is available for officers behind the Officer Secure Area, under the "Communications Tools and Resources" tab for easy access.  Officers are encouraged to use these communication materials during speaking engagements and outreach initiatives. The toolkit provides you with talking points, recruitment materials, templates, and branded backdrops to use when attending virtual meetings. The toolkit also includes the USPHS CC Release Form, which should be used to obtain photograph and publicity consent and release for photographs, films, video/audio tapes, etc.
