Max.gov Registration and Log In Instructions

Currently documents accessible through the PharmPAC page are routing the user to access the document through Max.gov. In order to access the document, you must be logged into a Max.gov account. This page details registeration and log in instructions for a Max.gov account. All officers are encouraged to register for a Max.gov account.

Max.gov Registration Instructions

  1. Navigate to: https://max.gov
  2. Click the green Register Now button at the top right corner of the screen.
  3. A pop up window will appear. Select whether to register using your PIV/CAC or your email.
  4. Fill in all requested information to complete registration.

Max.gov Login Instructions

  1. Log into your Max.gov account using your registered PIV/CAC card or email/password.

NOTE: If you clicked a Max.gov-hyperlinked document from the PharmPAC website, after you log in, the requested document will automatically upload.

Sponsorship for a Max.gov Account

Officers without a .gov email address will need sponsorship from a Max sponsor. This is a relatively quick process.

  1. Send your name and email to PHARMPAC-IT-REQUESTS@LIST.NIH.GOV with the subject line: Max.gov Sponsorship Request.
  2. Standby for an email invitation from Max.gov and follow the detailed registration steps.
