2005 Public Health Service Operation Coin |

The 2005 Public Health Service Operation Coin for
Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, and Wilma was made available at this year’s
Commissioned Officers Association (COA) conference. The coin was a big hit
as the first operation coin offered to officers of the Commissioned Corps
of the U.S. Public Health Service. Because demand exceeded supply and many
officers were not able to attend the conference, COA is willing to have
more coins made -- if there is significant interest. |

In order to determine the demand for a re-order, those who would like to obtain one or more of these
coins should send the following information -- rank/name, agency, home address, city, state, zip code,
contact phone number, e-mail address, and number of coins ($10 each) – by 30 September, to: |
