| CAPT Otis Brawley, USPHS (Res.), was deployed by the Office of Force Readiness and Deployment as a Medical Officer aboard The USNS Robert E. Byrd as part of the Pacific Partnership 2009 (PP09) mission. CAPT Brawley provided preventative medicine and direct patient care to citizens of Kiribati and the Marshall Islands from 18 August to 17 September 2009. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
