Inactive Reserve Corps Spotlight – CAPT Robert Lott, USPHS (Res.)

CAPT Robert Lott, USPHS (Res.), was deployed as a Medical Officer by the Office of Force Readiness and
Deployment aboard the USNS Comfort from May 1 to June 23, 2009. CAPT Lott provided direct patient
care during the USNS Comfort’s humanitarian voyage to seven Caribbean, Central and South American
nations. CAPT Lott was awarded the Hazardous Duty Award and Special Assignment Award for his services
during his tour.
