Promotion eligible officers of the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service (Corps) are cautioned to double check the ‘Promotion Information Web Site’ at

to ensure that they are faxing their documents to the proper place. This is a reminder that not all Corps officers’ documents are to be faxed to the Office of Commissioned Corps Operations (OCCO) through the electronic Official Personnel Folder (eOPF) fax line.

Important note: When medical documents are faxed erroneously to the eOPF fax line, OCCO is unable to forward the documents to the proper location.
