Reminders Mail List Information (Listserv) Officers of the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service (Corps) are reminded that the Corps maintains a self-subscribing mail list for distribution of important messages to Corps officers from the following: Office of the Surgeon General of the United States; Director of the Office of Commissioned Corps Operations; and Director of the Office of Commissioned Corps Force Management. Since this list is self-maintaining, an officer who changes his/her e-mail address should signoff with the old address and subscribe again with the new address. Electronic Commissioned Corps Issuance System (eCCIS) In order to stay up-to-date on newly posted policies and proposed issuances in progress, Corps officers should frequently access the eCCIS at http://dcp.psc.gov - click on ‘Policies’; click on ‘Commissioned Corps Issuance System’ (or go to http://dcp.psc.gov/eccis/). Commissioned Corps Electronic Bulletin (eBulletin) All Corps officers are required to access the eBulletin. In order to continue receiving an e-mail message when the latest eBulletin is posted, a Corps officer who changes his/her e-mail address should edit the e-mail address by going to http://dcp.psc.gov – click on ‘Publications’; click on ‘Commissioned Corps E-Bulletin’; click on ‘Current Issue.’ On the left-hand side, at the bottom, click on ‘Subscribe/Unsubscribe/Edit Email.’
