The Office of Commissioned Corps Force Management announces the retirement of Ms. Virginia Kapusnick, effective November 1, 2010. Ms. Kapusnick has provided excellent service during her federal career that spanned 36 years. During the course of her career, Ms. Kapusnick served as Program Specialist in the former Commissioned Personnel Operations Division, Division of Commissioned Personnel and the current Office of Commissioned Corps Force Management. Her responsibilities included publishing the monthly Commissioned Corps Bulletin, editing, and posting all Commissioned Corps Directives and Issuances, serving as the archivist of Commissioned Corps documents, and more recently, negotiating, editing and processing blanket detail agreements.
We thank Ms. Kapusnick for her years of outstanding dedicated service to the Commissioned Corps of the U. S. Public Health Service and wish her all the best in retirement.
