BCOAG meetings are held the second Thursday of each month from 1100 to 1230 ET. Meeting minutes will be posted online once they are approved and signed. The meeting minutes provide a complete report of all major decisions and issues discussed. BCOAG members who were not be able to attend a particular meeting can review or download approved meeting minutes on the minutes page.

If you are participating via phone from your office, please invite other officers interested in participating to join you in order to limit the number of lines required.
