In order to ensure continuity between incoming and outgoing PHEP Subcommittee Chairs, a 5-Year Strategic Vision document communicates the vision PHEP hopes to accomplish over a 5-year horizon. The document incorporates how the challenges United States Public Health Service Commission Corps Engineers face can manifest into building new knowledge to enhance Public Health Engineering Practice.
