NPAC has 10 subcommittees designed to help nurses develop professionally. You can benefit yourself personally and the Category as a whole by getting involved. While the subcommittees are chaired by a NPAC voting member (and often a non-voting co-chair), participation in the subcommittees is open to all interested Nurse Officers. If you are interested in volunteering for a subcommittee, contact the subcommittee Chair(s) and ask if they are soliciting new members or ask to join the next subcommittee meeting as an observer to see if this subcommittee is a good fit for you.  This is a great opportunity to get involved and collaborate with fellow nurse officers.
