Deployment Response Narratives

Using the broad skills learned and honed during our scientific career, scientists deploy in response to public health emergencies, including man-made and natural disasters, as well as rural health missions assisting the neediest populations in the nation. We proudly serve in a variety of roles – from helping to coordinate resources within the Incident Response Command Team to working in a laboratory analyzing samples – and on many different deployment teams – from regional and national incident support teams to rapid deployment forces.

To submit a response narrative, feel free to use the easy, fillable form. Once you have completed your form or have drafted your response narrative, please send it, along with any optional media attachments that you would like to accompany your narrative (e.g., your portrait, photos from your deployment, etc.) to adelaida.rosario@hhs.gov.
