The main Music Ensemble groups are located in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area, where there is an active Choral Ensemble and Ceremonial Band. Additional groups, individual field officers, and support personnel are located throughout the U.S. Overall, there are nearly 150 officers throughout the USA that participate in the USPHS Music Ensemble.

Organized groups currently operate in the following areas:

• DC Metropolitan Area (Choral, Ceremonial Band, Brass Quintet and Strings);
• Atlanta, GA (Choral only)
• Butner, NC (Choral only)
• Dallas, TX (Choral only)

Each group is under the direction of a PHS Commissioned Officer serving as a Group Leader.
