Biography:

LCDR Soo is the 2023 APAOC Executive Secretary. She was previously the Chair and Co-Chair of the APAOC Publications Subcommittee and an Alternate Voting Member. She is the Preparedness Program Coordinator within the Readiness and Deployment Branch of Commissioned Corps Headquarters. She is a pharmacist and graduated from the University of Maryland Baltimore School of Pharmacy in 2017. She began her USPHS career as a Postgraduate year-1 pharmacy resident with Indian Health Service on the Navajo Nation and was subsequently a staff pharmacist and New Mexico licensed Pharmacist Clinician at the same facility.
