CNOLI Coaching Program

Nurse Officers, Unlock Your Full Potential with Professional Coaching!

After the completion of a successful pilot phase, the Chief Nurse Officer Leadership Institute (CNOLI) Coaching Program is taking applications!  The purpose of the CNOLI Coaching Program is to provide professional coaching services to Nurse Officers within the U.S. Public Health Service Commissioned Corps in order to promote wellness, fortitude, self-efficacy, and career development.  Whether you're looking to improve your leadership skills, boost your confidence, or navigate a major life transition, the coaches in the CNOLI Coaching Program are here to support you every step of the way.

Here’s what your fellow Nurse Officers had to say about the program!

As a result of my participation in the CNOLI Coaching Program, I have:

  • Established a solid foundation as a newly Commissioned Officer and developed a self-care plan to mitigate and prevent burn-out during the course of my career and personal pursuits.
  • Learned that asking for help is not a weakness.
  • Developed my confidence and identified other areas of improvement that will lead to increased success in multiple aspects of my life, professional and personal.  I loved my coach!
  • A renewed state of confidence in my ability to self-advocate for my needs.

Are you ready to experience the transformational power of coaching for yourself?  We are currently taking applications for coaches and for clients.  To learn more about the CNOLI Coaching Program, coaching in the federal government, or to apply to the program, please use links below.
