The USPHS Physician PAC website has moved to https://community.max.gov/x/L4JTNw

This site requires that you setup a Max.gov login account tied to a .gov or .mil email address.  If you do not have a .gov or .mil email address the below officers can "sponsor" you.  We have also been informed that unless your .gov/.mil email address is not in the format of first.lastname@agency.gov then it may take up to 1 business day for them to verify your name.
