Five A's

Curriculum:

Focusing on the Five A’s approach (Ask, Advise, Assess, Assist, Arrange), this is our most complete version of the Rx for Change program. It is provided in a modular format. Videos and handouts make for an interactive session. It is strongly encouraged for all tobacco cessation training program participants to complete the Five A's Module first, before completing any additional modules.

Accessing and Completing the Module:

Participants should complete this module through the Purdue University Pharmacy Office of Continuing Education site. Purdue University offers an interactive presentation complete with slides and audio. Rx for Change provides the training materials and gives the user a self-paced course. Rx for Change should be used as a supplement, if desired.
