USPHS Music Ensemble Founders’ Award  

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      The purpose of this award is to extend the Ensemble’s appreciation to members whose contributions have been substantial and have made a significant impact to the Ensemble.  This award results in an award certificate and recognition by other Ensemble members. This is an annual award typically with only one award recipient. An individual may receive the award only once during their Ensemble appointment term.
