DIETITIAN PAC RECRUITMENT SUBCOMMITTEE

All Dietitian Category officers, participate in various recruitment activities. The Dietitian Professional Advisory Committee (Dietitian PAC) offers support and guidance to the USPHS through the Dietitian PAC Recruitment Subcommittee. Members of this subcommittee support recruitment efforts through their own individual or group activities and in support of Dietitian officers who participate in recruitment activities.

Goals

Develop, implement, support, and maintain a program to assist Dietitian officers and COSTEP applicants to become USPHS Commissioned Corps Officers and to identify and secure Federal positions.

Objectives

  • Present sub-committee progress report at each Dietitian Category PAC meeting.
  • Provide quarterly updates to the Recruitment page of the USPHS Dietitian Category website.
  • Identify, pursue, and collaborate on opportunities to promote and support recruitment activities for the USPHS and the Dietitian Category.
