Monthly meeting slide updates Subcommittee (SC) slide updates due monthly to the Executive Secretary.  1 week prior to each monthly EPAC meeting
Voting Requests Voting packets generally consists of a vote proposal, slide deck, and/or track change document  2 weeks prior to scheduled voting member meetings
Mid-year workplan updates Written update on workplan template with individual SC updates  June 1st
Newsletter articles Submit 2-3 sentence updates to the EPAC Executive Secretary  1 week prior to February 28th (Spring) / August 31st (Fall)
End of year workplan updates Written update on workplan template with individual SC updates  Generally 1st/2nd week of December (at the direction of the Chair-Elect)
End of year hotwash items Written accomplishments and recommendations for improvement due to the Executive Secretary December 7th
