In June 2022, the EPAC Mentoring Program was elevated to a Permanent Standing EPAC Subcommittee.  The newly minted EPAC Mentoring Subcommittee now manages the various aspects of the EPAC Mentoring Program.  We encourage USPHS engineers to participate in the EPAC Mentoring Program for professional development and career growth.  If you are an engineer or architect and would like to be matched with a mentor, or a mentee, please complete the EPAC Mentor/Mentee Pairing Questionnaire. Upon receipt of completed questionnaires, the EPAC Matching Lead will email you contact information for your mentor/mentee with a copy of the Mentor/Mentee Agreement  to be filled out and emailed back to EPAC.mentoring@gmail.com within three months of the match.

Both mentors and mentees benefit from strong mentoring relationships. Mentors have the opportunity to leave a legacy by sharing their experience and passing on knowledge to the next generation of USPHS engineers. Mentees can gain valuable advice on professional development and how to navigate a rewarding and successful USPHS engineering career.

New Standard Operating Procedures for the EPAC Mentoring Program will take effect on 1 July 2020 and can be found in Appendix A of the Career Development Subcommittee SOP.

For additional assistance, please email EPAC Mentoring at EPAC.mentoring@gmail.com.
