Charter and Bylaws Subcommittee

Mission Statement: The Charter and Bylaws describe the general roles and responsibilities of the APAOC Executive Committee Members and other subcommittee members. The Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) provide operational and procedural guidance, not addressed in the APAOC Charter or Bylaws, on the functions and processes of each Executive Committee Member and Subcommittee.

Goal for 2023:

• Develop plan for operational year 2023
• Review and update all APAOC SOPs to include recruiting volunteers to assist with review
• Initiate the review and update of APAOC Bylaws for operational year 2024
