Recruitment and Retention Subcommittee

Mission Statement: Provide opportunities and support to all members in collaboration with subcommittees to achieve organizational goals.

Goals for 2019:

  • Increase active member (general and voting) participation through expanding outreach and utilization of social media in recruitment efforts.
  • Provide opportunities to increase retention of active members (general and voting).
  • Build stronger relationships within APAOC via clear and effective communication. Increase collaboration with other CMAGs in achieving mission.

Eligibility: any Commissioned Corps (CC) officers or Civil Service (CS) personnel interested in the mission and goals of the APAOC.
