Welcome to the HSPAC Communications Toolkit page!

The purpose of this site is to provide you, our HSPAC Leadership and Active Participants, with the required templates and tools to assist you with your PAC related work ranging from general PAC operations such as powerpoint templates, process to ensure your websites is current, how to submit announcements to our listserv, guidance on PAC newsletter submissions, social media guidance, guidance on preparing for PAC events, how-to recognize your outstanding officers and much more. We hope you find this useful, and let us know what more you’d like to see to enhance your experience!

Below, we have included instructions for when and how to use common HSPAC templates and related communication procedures.


Website, Listserv & Newsletter Submissions

Photo Release Form

Combined PAC Newsletter There is a biannual Combined PAC Newsletter. Each PAC is able to submit 1-2 articles. Those topics are selected by the PAC Chair and CPO. If interested in being considered for an article that features a noteworthy PAC activity, please reach out to current PAC Chair.

Email Signature Block When to use: The HSPAC Signature Block should be used during all email communications related to your role as a member of the HSPAC. Signature Block
Document, Listserv Announcement & Event/Flyers When to use: The HSPAC MS Word Document should be used by all Subcommittees and PAGs when creating official documents. Document

Power Point When to use: The HSPAC Power Point Template should be used when giving a presentation that it is led or sponsored by the HSPAC. Power Point
Organizational Charts When to use: Each HSPAC Subcommittee should use the organizational chart template and post current version under their Subcommittee’s website “Quick Links” section. Letterhead When to use: The HSPAC letterhead should be used when writing official letter from the PAC.

1. Checking the HSPAC Events Calendar To determine when to host your event, click on the HSPAC Events Calendar link.  
2. Submitting Event in the HSPAC Events Calendar Send email with form included to HSPAC Web Requests. HSPAC Website Request Form
3. Developing the Event Flyers Use the included flyer template to promote your event. Event Flyer

5. Announcing the Event on Facebook Post your flyer directly to the HSPAC Closed Facebook Group.
