On August 23, 2011, RADM Scott Giberson, the new director of the Division of Commissioned Corps Personnel and Readiness (DCCPR) held an all-hands meeting to engage the staff, initiate dialogue, provide his draft strategic direction, discuss potential goals and style of management, address questions and begin to build trust. In his DCCPR All-Hands Meeting slides, he presents a draft vision, mission, aims, goals, and examples of how we will utilize process improvement in the near future. The message seemed clear that performance, accountability and human capital investment were top priorities to serve our customers in the Department of Health and Human Services, agencies, tribes and fellow officers.
