On or about 30 September 2011, all officers should receive a Report of Commissioned Officer Annual Leave or similar print out from the Commissioned Officer Leave Tracking System (COLTS) from their leave maintenance clerk. This information shows the balance at the beginning of the leave year, the amount of annual leave used through 30 September, and the amount of annual leave that will be forfeited if not used by 31 December 2011...
Eligibility for competitive temporary and/or permanent grade promotion in the 2012 Promotion Year (PY) is now available on the first page of each officer’s Secure Area of the Commissioned Corps Management Information System (CCMIS) website.

As an additional customer service, officers who are eligible for competitive promotion will also receive an email message from the Office of Commissioned Corps Operations (OCCO) notifying the officer of his/her eligibility for promotion in PY 2012...
