Commissioned Corps Helpdesk is a part of Commissioned Corps Systems Branch (CCSB); it is also known as CCHelpdesk. CCHelpdesk provides Information Technology (IT) supports to the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service (Corps) with computer systems support for its automated personnel, payroll and management information systems.

Our customers include, but are not limited to: Services are extended to officers who are in active duty status, retired, annuitant, former spouse and any current or prospective applicant to the Corps.

IT services that CCHelpdesk [cchelpdesk@psc.gov] provides include: Helpful hints. When contacting the CCHelpdesk, have your personal information available such as:
  • Identification numbers
    PHS Serial Number for the active or retired Corps officer
    Contact information
    Commissioned Corps Personnel uniform resource locator (URL) is self-service for retired Corps officers only, https://phs.lyceum.com
    CCMIS URL is https://dcp.psc.gov
