Commissioned Corps Helpdesk is a part of Commissioned Corps Systems Branch (CCSB); it is also known as CCHelpdesk. CCHelpdesk provides Information Technology (IT) supports to the Commissioned Corps of the U.S. Public Health Service (Corps) with computer systems support for its automated personnel, payroll and management information systems.

Our customers include, but are not limited to:

• Program Support Center (PSC)
  Office of the Commissioned Corps Operation (OCCO)
  Office of the Commissioned Corp Force Management (OCCFM)
  Office of the Commissioned Corps Systems Branch(OCCSB)
  Office of the Commissioned Corps Support Services (OCCSS)
  Compensation Branch (CB)
  Medical Affairs Branch (MAB)
  Department of Health and Human Services operating divisions and staff divisions to which officers are assigned.
  
  

Services are extended to officers who are in active duty status, retired, annuitant, former spouse and any current or prospective applicant to the Corps.

  Commissioned Officers’ Effectiveness Report system (COER) access through secure area
  Payroll Self-service accounts for retired officers only.
