Commissioned Corps Management Information System (CCMIS) is Now Live
We are pleased to report the Commissioned Corps Management Information System (CCMIS) is now operational and available for your use at https://dcp.psc.gov/ccmis/. Since we first learned of the security issue with CCMIS, our team has worked every day to secure the system and bring it back online safely. We sincerely appreciate your patience during this time.
As you know, on October 3, we announced we had confirmed an issue regarding personally identifiable information in the CCMIS, which is used to manage functions such as new employee onboarding, payroll, leave, and time and attendance. We took prompt action to address the issue, starting by disabling the website, and we have since been working to make technical fixes to the system, rigorously test those fixes, and process October and November payroll electronically.
Extended deadlines for human resources-related requirements
Due to the disruption in availability of CCMIS, we have extended deadlines, which are outlined in the table below, for submitting human resources-related requirements such as Commissioned Officer's Effectiveness Reports (COERS), promotions, and immunization records.
These deadlines were extended with the goal of ensuring officers have sufficient time to upload required documents into the new system, eDOC-U. Officers will not be penalized for missing previous document submission deadlines or readiness checks due to inaccessibility of the system. Officers eligible for promotion should see a notification in the officer secure area of CCMIS We are pleased to report the Commissioned Corps Management Information System (CCMIS) is now operational and available for your use at https://dcp.psc.gov/ccmis/Since we first learned of the security issue with CCMIS, our team has worked every day to secure the system and bring it back online safely.
