Wellness Support Resources
Prioritizing health – both physical and mental – has never been more important. There are many federal resources and tools that can help U.S. Public Health Service® officers maintain and improve their health and wellness. Actions such as developing good eating habits, increasing physical activity, maintaining a healthy weight, and managing stress are just a few things to incorporate into your regular routine.
USPHS® officers may utilize resources available at any Military Treatment Facility (MTF) including Registered Dietitian Nutritionists, or Exercise Physiologist services to receive individualized guidance and support (check with your MTF to see if a referral is necessary).
The Readiness and Deployment Branch (RDB) encourages USPHS® officers to consider using the federal resources below to support their overall wellness and wellbeing.
